EVERYrun is an inter-ability 5K where participants of ALL abilities will share the experience. In-chair competitors being pushed by teammates, blind competitors running with guides, para-athletes, runners training for the Ironman, varsity college athletes, and everyone in-between. The EVERYrun is a 5K beginning on Suwannee St. then looping through and around Cascades Park.Early-bird is $25 through September 30th. After October 1st, $30.
There are two positions on an EVERYRun team: the Assist and the Catch. The assist is the position who facilitates for the team’s success, think point guard or midfielder or quarterback. The Catch is the person on the other end of that facilitation, think of wide receivers and forwards. These are people who want to participate, but there’s a catch - they need a sighted guide or someone to push their chair, or a paved path.
If you need help to facilitate your participation, register as "Teammate: Catch." Further down in the form you can specify your needs. If you are registering to help facilitate participation for someone else, register as "Teammate: Assist.
