Welcome to Coastal Plains FCA Speed, Agility, and Technique Clinic, where athletes will be engaged and equipped in their physical technique of how to run to prevent injury and increase speed. They will be engaged and equipped in their spiritual techniques of how to love God and love people. This will empower athletes to be confidence playing their sport at a high level and in growing their relationship with Jesus Christ and the Church. We can't wait to see you there!
