Raffle Official Rules and Fine Print
1. Eligibility: No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win. Open to individuals 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor Information: This raffle is conducted by Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 8701 Leeds Road | Kansas City, MO 64129.
3. How to Enter: Entries may be obtained by purchasing tickets or by requesting a free entry by mail at 6586 Hypoluxo Rd #244 Lake Worth, FL 33467. Limit one entry per person.
4. Prize Description & Restrictions: Prizes include Baretta Clay Shooting Shotguns. No cash substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
5. Drawing Date & Notification: The winner(s) will be randomly selected on April 4 at the South Florida Shooting Club. Winner(s) will be notified by phone or email and must claim their prize within 7 days or a new winner may be drawn.
6. No Purchase Required: Making a donation or purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
7. Tax Disclaimer: Raffle tickets are not tax-deductible donations under IRS rules. Consult your tax advisor for details.
