Do you have what it takes to win the title of "Woodland's Strongest?" Ironworks Strength Alliance gym will host this event on Park St to find out! The 6 categories are: Men 205 and under, over 205, Women 170 and under, over 170, Teen boys ages 13-17, and Teen Girls ages 13-17. This is a fun event to add to our Planters Day Schedule to help build a stronger community. To participate in this event you must attend or have attended Woodland for school, or currently live or work in Woodland, WA.

There will be three events; deadlifts for reps, log press for reps, and a timed load and carry medley. Weights for each event is TBD but that and other details will be emailed to you as soon as possible. You can weigh in Thursday or Friday afternoon before the event.
