Last year, we had an all time high for campers - we expect more this year, if we can fit them. Some sports WILL FILL COMPLETELY prior to June. If the site allows you to register for a sport, there is space, if not please email Camp Director Andrew Draper [email protected] AND Camp Registrar Bella Lund [email protected] to be placed on a waiting list ASAP.

Be sure to check your state website or communicate with your local FCA staff about a coupon code prior to registering. Wisconsin has a $100 partial scholarship for all athletes, find your area specific code here: Wisconsin Coupon Codes. Bussing is provided by certain areas, but fills quickly, use the above state specific links to follow instructions for communication about reserving a seat if necessary. (All free transportation is first come first served - so reach out ASAP, even if you answered YES here for Wisconsin Campers).

If your top choice is sold out, email [email protected] with Name, Grade, School, Sport, Phone # to be added to the waiting list in the event a spot opens.If a spot opens, you will be given the opportunity, in order, to be switched from your registered sport OR to register within 24hrs. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are limited by the facilities.
Dorm rooms at Bethel hold only two campers. Roommates are in the same huddle, so they must be the same Sport, Gender and within one Grade Level of each other. Please communicate with the requested roommate and be sure they also register.
Going outside of these guidelines causes issues for us and may disqualify your request (for example, multiple campers requesting the same person). If you discover an issue AFTER registration, please email Camp Registrar Bella Lund [email protected] ideally before June 14th.
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Later, in the days before camp you will receive an email from Camp Director Andrew Draper [email protected] with last minute information regarding check in etc. THESE EMAILS MAY END UP IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER! Please be aware, once checked in, our camp policy is that athletes cannot leave and return to camp for anything other than a family emergency or medical reason. This is a firm rule we have to emphasize with so many summer club sports. We understand the issues this may cause.
