Thank you for your interest in attending this year's Evening of Impact. This year the event will be held at Cedar Creek Hotel (Stoney Creek) on Saturday, November 2nd.
As a guest at this year's Evening of Impact, you will hear stories from coaches, students, and staff about the impact of FCA throughout North Central Wisconsin and beyond.
We are seeking table hosts to rally family and friends to fill a table and celebrate what the Lord has done and continues to do in our communities.
As a table host, we kindly request that you put together a table of 8 guests, including yourself, to join us. At the event, we will share about the impact of our ministry and provide an opportunity for guests to support us financially. Your support will enable us to continue advancing the Gospel through the ministry of FCA in North Central Wisconsin.
If you are able, please list names in the registration form below. If you do not have names at this time, please contact Russ Bahr ([email protected]) or Jennifer Ekiss ([email protected]) as you receive confirmation, so guests can be assigned to tables.
If you sign up to attend without a table host, we will be sure to assign you a table.
