10th Annual FCA Volleyball Camp-
New Format: High School Team Camp!
July 11-12th
Camp Schedule
July 11- Camper Registration opens 7:15 am, please have your players checked in by 8 am at the registration table inside the school so they are ready for skills session starting at 8:30 am.
July 11-12- 8:30- 11:30 am- individual volleyball skills training with Coach Jessica Wood-Atkins, FHSU
Lunch 11:30- 12:00 pm- Concessions provided by the Genoa-Hugo Volleyball team, please bring money, or coolers. All food/drinks stay in the lunchroom.
12:00-12:30 pm- Guest Speaker, Merlinn Campagna, D1 and professional soccer player.
12:30- 1 pm- Team Huddle time
1:00- 1:15 pm- bathroom break and reset for afternoon tournament play.
1:15-1:30 pm- all teams warm-up
1:30- 4:30 pm- Team match play, Schedule will be finalized on Mon. July 10. We have 9 to 10 teams.
GREATER T-Shirts to tournament winning teams.
*This year's camp theme is "GREATER." Campers will receive a camp T-Shirt and Bible.
*Guest Speaker, Merlinn Campagna, D1 and professional soccer player.
*Team Huddle Time, a huddle leader will be assigned to serve as a mentor and discussion group leader during huddle time. OR you as a coach can lead your team through the Huddle time. Please let me know which you would prefer. I have Greater Handbooks that will be used for this discussion/devo time. I will get a book to you to review and prepare.
Concessions
July 11-12- Concessions will have candy bars, granola bars, Gatorade, and water.
LUNCH
Tuesday, Baked Ziti with garlic bread a dessert and a drink for $8.
Wednesday, Swiss sliders with carrots, chips, dessert, and a drink for $8.
BREAKFAST
7:30 am- Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast burritos and cinnamon rolls.
